I’ll begin drafting ideas that support your long-term strategic aim so you can increase recurring income over time.
Weeks 3 & 4 | Create and Form
Online feedback session and concept refining.
I’ll present two different concepts so can tell me what you like, what you don’t, what we need more or less of etc.
Your feedback will give me everything I need to work on the final version of your key messaging and get cracking with your marketing copy.
Weeks 5 & 6 | Complete and Connect
Online handover session and launch planning.
At the end of the six weeks, you’ll get everything you need to set up and start marketing your membership.
This includes your membership’s name, product spec, elevator pitch, key messages, sign up page copy, 3x welcome emails and a membership retention guide.

We’ll meet online for a kick off workshop to delve into all the ideas and possibilities for the membership.
I’ll ask lots of questions so that I understand your vision. This will help us create a membership that best supports your long-term strategic aims and increases membership income over time.
I’ll ask about your workflow to plan how a membership will fit into your schedule in a sustainable way.
I’ll then work on at least two different concepts.

2-Hour ideation session In this fully interactive session, we’ll deep dive into your vision and map out the dream offer for your community
What I’ll be working on:
Product Spec To define the outline and schedule of your membership, including ongoing comms plans
Membership name If a name hasn’t emerged yet, select your favourite from this bespoke list
Elevator pitch To succinctly explain what you membership is, or is for

But, fun fact, I love to work with other creatives to bring a visual identity to life. If this is something you’d be keen for me to project manage, then we can absolutely talk about including this.

However, I’m very well versed in end-to-end delivery of memberships and regular payment infrastructure, so will share all my best practice tips along the way.
